Introduction to facilities

Our FLEX Department is designed specifically for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or High Needs. Covering four different pathways for students, with each pathway intended to help you towards achieving your goals – adulthood, independence or employment.

Equipment in the department

Our dedicated FLEX area includes a relaxation area for students to relax in, a large fully functioning kitchen area for students to explore and develop their culinary skills. As well as an arts and crafts area and open classroom to encourage students to develop their communication skills.

Skills students will learn

Throughout your time with us, FLEX students will be able to develop their personal and professional skills. With the aim of gaining employment once students complete their course.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our students is always a top priority. As such we ensure that all our students are educated in clean and safe learning environment, where every member of staff is continuously trained in proper health and safety protocols and policies.
