Working towards a Level 2 Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification, your apprentice you will gain key skills needed in the childcare and education sector. You will show competence through producing a portfolio of evidence, workplace observations, Q&A as well as assignment-based tasks, taking part in class delivery and theory sessions, functional skills upskilling (where applicable) employer rights and responsibilities and personal learning and thinking. The apprentice will gain vast knowledge and applied experience within the childcare and education industry through their working experience with you
