Listen Up: New Podcast Episode Available Now

The latest episode in our podcast series is available now! Launched to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2021 this episode shines a spotlight on what it’s really like to be an apprentice.

Our host Debbie chats with apprentices Chelsea and Oskar who are studying Engineering and Business Administration alongside gaining on-the-job experience at Premier Foods and Force Contracting.

We also hear from James Godsell, our Director of Employer Partnerships and resident apprenticeship expert, about what an apprenticeship actually is, how it works and how you’ll learn.

Finally, Debbie chats with Richard South who runs South Electrical, a large electrical contractor who employ 90 full-time staff including 30 apprentices, who runs through the benefits of apprenticeships to employers and what they look for in a potential recruit.
