Enrichment Activities and Clubs
Your time at College is all about enhancing your learning experience and getting the most from your time with us.
Our enrichment activities provide you with the opportunity to try new things, develop new skills and meet new people, not only from your campus but also from employers and businesses that are looking for people like you.
Our activities can change from term to term so keep an eye on the enrichment board in College to see what’s available.
If there’s nothing that takes your fancy, you can either speak with a Personal Development Coordinator and suggest some other activities or speak with them about setting up your own club.
All current College students are welcome to attend our enrichment clubs, this includes learners studying full-time courses, apprentices, adult learners and higher education students. Take a look below at just some of the enrichment activities we offer.

Skills For Employment
Skills for Employment is a new initiative that helps to develop you into a first rate employee, you will work to complete ten ‘power skills’.
Employers will also support this by providing work experience or an industry placement to help gather the evidence required for each stamp and certificate that you’ll receive.

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE)
Offered at all RNN Group campuses, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) is a nationally recognised programme for young people aged 14-24.
Participants can earn Bronze, Silver, or Gold while taking on new challenges, building independence, and creating lasting memories.
Arts and Crafts Club
Are you wanting to engage your creative side and have some time to learn or develop a hobby?
Come along to the art club with your friends or meet new people there! We will be creating new crafts for you to take home each week.
Driving Theory
How ready are you for your theory test?
Come and test your skills and knowledge at Driving Theory Club to support safely passing your online driving theory test.
Esports Academy
Esports Student Champs teams, competing in online competitions against colleges across the UK.
Film Club
Come hang out at Film Club!
We play a movie in the social space each week, and sometimes there’s even popcorn! It’s really relaxed – just turn up, grab a seat, and enjoy.
You can bring your mates or come along and meet new people. We mix it up with different films each time – from comedies and thrillers to feel-good favourites. Everyone’s welcome!
Football Club
Come join Football Club, whether you’re a regular player or just want to give it a go, everyone’s welcome!
We meet up, have a game, and keep it fun and friendly. No pressure – just good vibes, teamwork, and a chance to blow off some steam.
Bring your mates or come on your own – you’ll be part of the squad in no time. All levels welcome!
