With newly refurbished Astroturf pitches, an on site gym and sports hall, we are fully kitted out with the latest fitness machines and equipment.
Discounted memberships are available to students. Students also have access to the Manvers Lake offering a range of water sports and activities.

The College Cooperative
We have our very own on-site farm shop that is fully stocked with ethically sourced products produced by local businesses and the students themselves.
Shop local! Our on-site shop stocks a huge range of locally sourced produces including eggs from hens farmed on-site as well as veg boxes containing locally grown salad and other vegetables.
We also sell a range of products made by the College students themselves including sweets and Dog Treat bags.

Animal Experiences
Step into a world of curiosity, connection, and hands-on learning with the unique Animal Experiences we offer at Dearne Valley College.
Have an ‘Exotic Encounter’ with our armadillo, meerkats and sugar gliders.
Have a ‘Scale and Tails’ experience with our reptiles and invertebrates; snakes, lizards and tarantulas.
Say hello to our ‘Small and Furry’ rabbits and guinea pigs.
Come to face with our goats, alpacas and chickens for a fun ‘Farmyard Animals’ experience.
