The Level 4 Diploma in Salon Management is designed to prepare you to gain employment as a Salon Manager. This qualification will enable you to develop both management and technical skills required for the role of Spa & Holistic Therapy Management or Hair and Beauty Management.
There are five mandatory units including management of health safety and security in the salon, quality management of client care in the sector, sales management and public relations. You will be able to further develop knowledge and skills through a choice of optional units including research, salon design, IT, marketing, human resource management and data handling
