This apprenticeship programme gives supervisors in the hospitality industry the opportunity to gain the skills, knowledge and behaviours to effectively supervisor a hospitality operation.
The programme is delivered in the work place and supported by a tutor and your employer.
Hospitality Supervisors work across a wide variety of businesses including bars, restaurants, cafes, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels or contract caterers.
They provide vital support to management teams and are capable of independently supervising hospitality services and running shifts.
You will study the business and its competition, the people within your team and industry, customer needs and leadership.
