This course focuses on event planning in the hospitality, retail and commercial sector, allowing learners to acquire practical and technical skills in organising and evaluating an event. How to explore market research and investigate marketing methods used to identify key elements required when planning events. Learners will also develop their communication and customer service skills for dealing with the public and clients. The course will lead to the organisation, implementation and evaluation of an actual event.
