You will study a range of topics including:
- Unit 101 Introduction to the Hospitality Industry
- Unit 103 Food Service
- Unit 106 Basic food prepartion and cooking
- Unit 113 Health and Saftey awareness
This ideal for students who have little or experience in the sector. It is alo perfect as a foundation course as learners can take away life skills of being able to cook independently .The qualificationhas a healthy eating unit that incoporates a healthy lifestyle when meal planning to prevent heart disease,obesity diabetes and high blood pressure
