Sports Coach

Average salary - £26,200*

Sports Coaches teach sports skills to individuals and teams of all abilities to enhance performance.

Day-to-day tasks:

Planning and delivering activity sessions, giving feedback on performance to help improve technique and supporting performers at events and competitions.**

Fitness centres, sports fields, schools, colleges or at universities.

Leisure Manager

Average salary - £31,700*

Leisure Managers organise and coordinate activities and resources required and look after the running of sport and leisure venues.

Day-to-day tasks:

Arranging leisure activities, organising and promoting events, scheduling and managing staff, controlling budgets and monitoring performance targets for the venue and following health and safety regulations.**

Working environments:

Within a sport, fitness or leisure centre.
