Have your say

Your views are very important as they help us to make improvements to your course and the college. No matter how big or small your concern please let us know. Initially, you can discuss any issues or concerns with your Progress Coach either in tutorials or informally.

Student Representatives

There are several opportunities to become a Student Representative on one of the many college groups or committees. You will be treated as a member of the group in your own right and your views will be welcomed and valued. Becoming a Student Representative means you can get involved in the following activities and make a difference to the college for yourself and for your fellow students:
- Programme evaluations
- Curriculum area councils
- Cross-college focus groups, forums and meetings
- Student Governance
- Student Association

Viewpoint

Viewpoint is our confidential suggestions and complaints system. Initially, you should discuss a complaint with either your Progress Coach/Academic Tutor or the person you think may be able to help as it may be easily and quickly dealt with. However, if you prefer to put your Viewpoint in writing, packs are available at the reception points on both campuses and also in the Student Services Centre.

Please return your Viewpoint to reception in the envelope provided. It will be investigated and you will receive a written response within 15 working days.

Surveys

Throughout the year you will be asked to complete surveys about your experience as a student. These are to help us find out how we can improve our services. Feedback from these will come through your Progress Coach and Student Representatives.
