Date: 20/08/2012

Students from Dearne Valley College (DVC) can collect their GCSE results either over the phone or in person, after 10.00am on Thursday 23 August 2012 from the Manvers Campus.

In order for students to collect their Maths and English GCSE results in person they will need to show proof of identity, ideally show a photo, a driving license or a passport, or College ID.

Over the phone students will be asked to confirm their date of birth and address.  The results can only be given out to the DVC learner, either in person or on the phone, not a representative.

Taking place on the same day is the college’s Enrolment Day from 10.00am until 1.30pm and again from 3.30pm until 7.00pm.

As the campaign for new part-time courses and training opportunities for adults and businesses continues, the college has a wide range of courses on offer in a variety of vocational areas to help new and existing students move up a gear and achieve their goals.

Enrolment Days are for new students to pick up information on the many vocational courses, look around the college at the excellent facilities, chat to course tutors and support staff and get help with online enrolments.

Courses will start from September 2012 and to make access to learning even easier some courses will take place at local community venues in the area.

Another Enrolment Day will take place at the Manvers Campus on Thursday 30 August 2012 from 10.00am until 1.30pm and again 3.30pm until 7.00pm.

For a part-time course guide call the Enquiry Line on 01709 513355, email or visit to view the courses online.
