Paper sculptor, Philip Cox from Nottingham was invited to the South Yorkshire based college to help the art and design groups create large scale sculptures as part of a workshop.

Related to current projects based on the theme of underwater, a visit to The Deep and Ferens Art Gallery in Hull, the Art and Design students were inspired to transform cardboard provided by local company Cepac Ltd, based at Manversinto creatures that live underwater. Creatures created included; a jelly fish, a sea horse, a sea turtle, and a star fish amongst others.
