Student Services

As an Apprentice you will have access to the vast range of support services that we provide for our students here at Dearne Valley College. Whether it’s financial support, childcare information, learning support or simply a friendly chat that you need, our Student
Services Centre is at the heart of the College.

At the beginning of your course you will have a College induction. This will introduce you to the College and the support services available to you.

Your Assessor
You will have regular contact with a College member of staff called an Assessor. Your Assessor will oversee the completion of your Apprenticeship, and will review your Apprenticeship portfolio.
